 With diverse skill sets Casey has refined his skills and talents over his 33 years working with a wide range of industries in business development, marketing, design and sales.  Since delving into real estate, first via vacation real estate rental and sales in Nayarit, Mexico, Casey has been involved in managing a portfolio of long and short term rentals and seller financed homes both in Mexico and the USA.

The last 5 years has evolved as Casey has become and active buying, seller and managing partner with his portfolio of residential notes. This experience has led him to become a Capital Partner in NoteTradeX.com and NoteMatriX.Online. Both companies allow Casey to share his passion and experience helping both seasoned Note Investor to the many challenged newer investors seeking  Debt / Notes and REO assets thus offering the essential access to inventory, resources , tools and consulting to investors to safely profit and excel.

My greatest ability is to inspire energy and excitement in others, to see the same vision, and work with my same conviction. When people buy into a a cause they go all in and they will give their blood and sweat to this that cause. However when people buy into the money as their central focus, they will disappear when the money's gone.

 After graduating from Miami Jack High school in Miami, Florida he joined the US Army. While in the army he studied radio repair and as soon as he could while in Vietnam he went into the combat arms (Infantry) as a pathfinder. While in Vietnam he reached the rank as SSG E-6. Earning a Silver Star, Bronze Star and a Soldier’s medal. After Vietnam he went to the ranger department as an instructor in small unit tactics. Then to the 2/509 airborne in Germany as the BN operations Sgt.  Next in the 509, moved to the reenlistment NCO position and made SFC E-7. After the 509  transferred to recruitintg duty. There he discovered gifts as a  salesman and marketer. Subsequently earning a BS degree from Columbia Collage in Columbia, MO in marketing and studied international relations at Troy state for a Master’s.

After leaving the army in 1978  discovered insurance working for prudential insurance.  

Then he went on my own and received licenses in life, health and commercial lines including a surplus lines underwriter. During this time, he focused on leasing and financing equipment mainly mining and constructing. Also, owning an off shore insurance company who insured long haul trucking. When the

mortgage market started heating up, then segued to insurance and equipment financing business and went into the mortgage business.

Since then he has participated in various aspects of the lending  business.  His experience ranges from conventional mortgages FHA, VA and USDA, rehab/new construction to the end mortgages with one loan. This can be done whether it is a stick built or a manufactured home.
