We strive to main a stable return of 8% with room for an additional 1-5% dividends depending on the year. Your investment is secured by a financed property with a borrower thoroughly vetted and professionally qualified.

This experience allows us to prudently select a portfolio of mortgages underwritten to safe-guard investor capital. Agyrtis Deal-by-Deal Investing: Select the right investment for you

Get direct access to individual institutional-quality real estate assets with greater transparency, lower fees, and a groundbreaking secondary market.

Some investors want more control over their portfolio. For them, we created Deal-by-Deal investing.

We know that some of our investors want to pick and choose the individual investments that are right for them. That is why we typically allocate a portion of the equity value of selected assets for Deal-by-Deal investors.

We launch the deal on our platform to all members. For Deal-by-Deal, the investment minimum is $50,000 per asset.  If you would like to consider a lower amount we will entertain based on borrower and asset. 

Allocations are typically granted on a first-come, first-served basis while equity is available. Once the syndication is complete, we close the deal.
